Luke Thomas is a Meditation Coach and a Spiritual Musician.
In this episode we discuss the importance of Presence, we talk about meditation and how we can treat social media with more respect and use it for good.
We also go on to some pretty interesting spiritual tangents, you will gain an insight into my spiritual philosophies as well as Luke’s own beliefs and experiences.
This episode was extremely fun to record and both Luke and I were completely in sync with what we were talking about.
