The opposite of body confidence is insecurity. We all have insecurites. EVERYONE. Some are just able to figure it out while others struggle and find themselves thinking negative and potentially depressive thoughts.

Guys, I am going to be open and honest with you and share a story from last weekend's family camping trip. On the Friday, I was sub 10% body fat (9.5%!) I did so well to resist the junk food, until the final night. Then I went in. And I went in BIG.
So in this episode, I share why it's normal to do this, it happens to a lot of people and it's all to do with our emotional upbringing and how we built our relationship with food.
We MUST be able to take it on the chin and SELF-EVALUATE afterwards in order to grow and develop.
