I met Theo at Franchise Fest, where we were both there as keynote speakers. His story engaged me and I knew that he would be a fab guest for the podcast.

He also believes that football can be a catalyst for so much more than just a sporting skill, but life skill too.

Perry is a risk taker and he shares a couple of stories where he has gone "all in" on his dreams even when it was the hardest and longest road to take!

Perry is a friend of mine he is also a client and he is a scout for Premier League football team Southampton F.C.
