I believe that who we under pressure is who we really are...
We learn so much about ourselves when we are tested with inconvenient and surprise challenges.
Sometimes, the stakes can be so high, we drop in performance.
Sometimes our nerves and anxiety get the better of us.
PLUS, when we have pressure from different areas of our personal and professional life all at the same time, we can become quickly overwhelmed!
In this episode I share with you a recent personal story where I had to speak at an event, with the knowledge that my 7 months pregnant wife had been taken to hospital, and I was over 100 miles away!

Life coaching is a growing industry.
Within the remit we have all kinds of 'sub-domains' including business, relationships, confidence, productivity, money and so much more.
The industry is a fascinating landscape and as someone who has been a practitioner for over 7 years now, and as someone who actively mentors other coaches, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly...And have a pretty strong outlook on this.
I want more coaches to succeed. But there are a few factors that will determine that success and I will share some of the key opportunities and risks in this episode.
This episode gets very passionate at times. This is my world, I am here to stay, it's not a game for me and so i want to spread practical and empowering advice because the world needs more coaches.
