I've realised something over the last few years. The moments that have changed my life haven't usually come from someone giving me an answer. They've come from hearing one idea, one question or seeing one thing from a different perspective.
That's what this podcast is.
Every episode is a chance to think out loud about an idea I've been wrestling with. Sometimes we'll explore communication, leadership or performance. Other times we'll talk about identity, relationships, curiosity or the everyday moments that quietly shape our lives.
I don't promise certainty. I do hope you'll leave with a new perspective.
